Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of midstate-restoration.chris-1e2.workers.dev (the "Site") and any services provided by Midstate Restoration, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or engaging us, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

  • Use the Site in a way that disrupts or interferes with its operation
  • Attempt unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its servers
  • Reproduce, copy, sell, or resell any portion of the Site without written permission

Free Inspections + Estimates

Our free property inspection includes a written report and photographs of any flagged damage. The inspection is provided at no cost and creates no obligation to engage us for restoration work. If the damage we find does not warrant an insurance claim, we will tell you that directly and the report is yours to keep.

Insurance Claim Assistance

We are a licensed contractor (OK CIB# 80008000), not a public adjuster. As your contractor we document the scope of loss in industry-standard formats, meet your insurance adjuster on-site, and pursue supplements for items missed in the original scope. We do not negotiate with your carrier on your behalf for compensation, do not act as your public adjuster, and do not practice law. Final claim decisions and any policy disputes are between you and your carrier.

Insurance Deductibles

Under Oklahoma House Bill 1940, contractors may not absorb, rebate, or conceal an insurance deductible. You are responsible for paying your deductible from your own funds. Any contractor who offers to "waive" your deductible is operating outside Oklahoma law. We do not engage in deductible-waiver schemes and will not match contractors who do.

Estimates + Pricing

Written estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Pricing on insurance-funded projects follows the carrier's approved scope of loss. Pricing on open-market work is quoted line-item with materials and labor specified.

Workmanship Warranty

We provide a workmanship warranty on installation, plus the manufacturer's material warranty on shingles, membranes, coatings, and other systems. Specific warranty terms are stated in your signed scope of work. Warranties do not cover damage from acts of nature beyond manufacturer wind-speed thresholds, normal wear, or alterations by other contractors after our completion.

Cancellation

Oklahoma law provides a three-day right of rescission for residential roofing contracts signed at your home. Specific cancellation rights are described in your signed scope of work.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid for services, if any. We make no warranties about Site availability, accuracy of information, or fitness for a particular purpose beyond what is explicitly stated in a signed scope of work.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — text, photographs, logos, design — is owned by or licensed to Midstate Restoration, LLC and protected under U.S. copyright and trademark law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.

We may update these Terms as our services evolve. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
